Transport Project Governance Webinar

Online

Description

Good governance lies at the heart of the successful delivery of transport projects, and the realisation of their intended benefits.

A focus on governance is particularly important for projects involving multiple agencies across different layers of government, each with their individual roles within the wider machinery of government.

This webinar will explore how many of the challenges faced in the delivery of transport projects can be addressed or mitigated through effective governance arrangements and organising models.
