The webinar will also focus on how to structure a procurement strategy and who to engage with during the process to ensure appropriate decisions are made by the relevant project stakeholders.

Karen Huddleston, a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS). Karen specialises in public sector procurement having led the delivery of several local and central government procurements during her career.
Jai Lane
Jai Lane, also a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply. Jai is Arup’s Associate Director for Procurement and Supply Chain and has extensive experience of procurement within the construction industry.
