We want our last session to be an open forum for discussion providing you with industry insight tailored to your needs. In this workshop, our experts will shape the agenda around your needs, using questions submitted by yourselves when you sign up.

Jo Negrini
Jo Negrini has over 20 years’ experience of working in housing, regeneration and planning delivery in the public sector, with 14 years in senior leadership as Chief Executive Officer of one of London’s largest boroughs. She has first-hand experience in leading regeneration and housing delivery from vision and inception, navigating the planning process through to delivery. A central theme to her work has been to ensure that major transformation in places drive major improvements in the life chances and well-being of residents and create the right partnerships to deliver sustainable change. She currently works with key clients on delivering large scale housing and regeneration schemes.
Lindy Howard
Lindy Howard is an expert advisor on property development matters for the public and private sector, helping to deliver regeneration across the UK. She specialises in development viability, major urban regeneration, large scale residential and industrial developments, land value capture, and UK Public Policy. She is also a member of the RICS Working Group set up to provide Government with industry comments on Pillar 3 Infrastructure Levy of the Planning White Paper.
