We can take you through the different services that cost consultants provide through the different RIBA stages from project inception until project completion.  We will also discuss benchmarking, optioneering and the integration of risk and value management.

Anup is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with architectural background. His experience covers both pre-contract and post-contract construction duties; and include cost planning across different sectors, procurement, preparing contract documents, tender assessment, tender reports, valuations, variations, cost reporting, and final accounts. Anup is involved with advisory services such as cost assurance, due diligence, and benchmarking exercises on high value projects.
