Capital Strategy Workshop

Description

The Capital Strategy Workshop is aimed at statutory CFO role-holders (e.g. s151 officers or s95 officers), senior finance officers, regeneration leads, local levelling up project leads and other relevant senior roles.

The aim of the discussion will be to foster a shared understanding in determining how levelling up projects can be best managed in the context of wider regeneration and capital programmes within local authorities. The goal is to help bridge between finance and regeneration, to enable the local authority long term capital strategy to effectively inform the Medium Term Financial Strategy.

Lisa has 27 years experience in local government, including holding the position of S151 Officer at two different councils, and 9 years experience in public sector consultancy. She brings in-depth knowledge of Local Government business planning, capital strategy, regeneration finance strategy, financial planning, governance and development of strategic business cases.
